UI/UX Designer (Remote opportunity)

LeadVaultAI is an agentic AI-powered pipeline growth platform built for startups and B2B service providers. As a UI/UX Designer, you will design intuitive interfaces for the platform while collaborating with product managers and engineers to enhance usability and engagement through user research and prototyping.

Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive, visually compelling interfaces for our agentic AI lead generation platform
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes that optimize usability and engagement
• Conduct user research, map user journeys, design responsive layouts, and iterate on feedback to refine both web and dashboard experiences
• Help define and maintain our design system, ensuring consistent visual language, accessibility, and interaction patterns across products
• Partner closely with the development team to support implementation, provide design specifications, and validate that shipped features align with the intended user experience

Requirements:

• Strong user experience design skills, including User Experience Design (UED), user flows, wireframing, and journey mapping
• Proficiency in visual design and mockups, with the ability to create polished UI layouts, typography systems, and component-based designs
• Hands-on experience with prototyping tools to build interactive prototypes for usability testing and stakeholder reviews
• Familiarity with front-end development concepts (e.g., HTML, CSS, responsive design) to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
• Experience designing data-heavy or SaaS dashboards, preferably in B2B or AI-driven products, is highly desirable
• Working knowledge of accessibility best practices (e.g., color contrast, keyboard navigation, ARIA) and responsive design standards
• Proficiency with modern design and collaboration tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar)
• Strong communication, documentation, and remote collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions
