Elarin Health is seeking an innovative and visionary Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead their global product strategy and product management organization. The CPO will define the company's product vision, drive product development initiatives, and ensure the delivery of products that create exceptional customer value and sustainable business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the company's long-term product vision and strategic roadmap
- Align product strategy with overall business objectives, market opportunities, and customer needs
- Identify emerging market trends, competitive threats, and innovation opportunities
- Lead product portfolio planning and investment decisions to maximize business impact
- Oversee the entire product organization, including Product Management, Product Strategy, Product Operations, and User Experience teams
- Establish product management frameworks, governance structures, and best practices
- Foster a culture of innovation, customer obsession, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Build and scale a world-class product organization capable of supporting rapid growth
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through launch and optimization
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful product delivery
- Prioritize product initiatives based on customer value, market demand, and business objectives
- Ensure products are delivered on time, within scope, and at the highest quality standards
- Champion a customer-first approach across the organization
- Leverage customer feedback, market research, and data analytics to inform product decisions
- Monitor competitive landscapes and industry developments
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention
- Drive product-led growth initiatives and revenue-generating opportunities
- Evaluate emerging technologies and market opportunities to support future growth
- Develop business cases for new products, partnerships, and strategic investments
- Support mergers, acquisitions, and product integration initiatives when applicable
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team
- Present product strategies, performance metrics, and innovation initiatives to the Board of Directors
- Align cross-functional leadership around company-wide product priorities
- Support long-term strategic planning and corporate growth initiatives
