Xuman.AI is an operating system company that is hiring Founding Engineers in the Bay Area. The role involves building and scaling core backend systems, implementing AI workflows, and making foundational technical decisions while working closely with the distribution team.

• Build and scale core backend systems and APIs
• Implement AI workflows across the product
• Make foundational decisions across infrastructure, tools, and architecture
