Responsibilities:
- Identifying Leads 🔎
- Mapping accounts with the right personas under the guidance of senior team members
- Managing and maintaining data on prospective clients in the CRM (Salesforce)
- Supporting prospecting campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team
- Reaching out to prospects using all relevant channels, with a skew towards cold calling
- Learning and applying the right messaging to trigger meaningful conversations
- Executing multi-threaded outbound campaigns with well-crafted follow-up sequences
- Reporting on campaign results and sharing observations to help improve conversion rates
- Making sure prospects fit our Ideal Customer Profile
- Highlighting Sweep's value proposition to raise interest and generate curiosity
- Qualifying business opportunities and booking meetings with Account Executives
- Ensuring all communications are logged accurately in the CRM
