We're looking for an experienced Senior Platform Engineer to join a high-impact Enterprise Hosting Services team supporting secure hybrid cloud infrastructure for a mission-critical federal environment.

VMware vSphere / ESXi Administration
Splunk Administration & Enterprise Logging
Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
GitLab CI/CD & Jira
Application Modernization & Containerization
Security Engineering & Vulnerability Management
Audit Logging, Monitoring & Observability
NIST 800-53 & FISMA Compliance
AI/ML Infrastructure & Cloud-Native Technologies

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and support hybrid infrastructure across AWS GovCloud and on-premises environments
• Manage Kubernetes platforms (EKS, MKE, VKS)
• Administer VMware vSphere/ESXi clusters
• Build Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
• Manage Splunk for enterprise monitoring and security analytics
• Automate deployments using GitLab CI/CD
• Support security hardening, compliance, and monitoring initiatives
• Drive application modernization and cloud transformation projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams

Preferred Certifications:

AWS Solutions Architect / SysOps / DevOps Engineer
CKA / CKAD / VMware Certifications
Experience in Federal Government or Financial Services environments
