Go-to-Market Engineer (GTM)

Velcor.ai is an AI Revenue Infrastructure company that designs, deploys, and manages end-to-end revenue systems. They are seeking a GTM Engineer to help build and optimize AI-powered revenue systems for B2B companies.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage GTM workflows using HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, Zapier, Make, n8n, and AI tools
• Set up lead generation and outbound automation systems
• Create and optimize CRM pipelines, workflows, and sequences
• Implement AI-powered automations for outreach, enrichment, reporting, and operations
• Manage integrations, APIs, webhooks, and data synchronization
• Track campaign performance and continuously improve GTM systems
• Configure Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, and event tracking

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in GTM, RevOps, Growth, or Marketing Operations
• Experience with CRM and automation platforms
• Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and integrations
• Familiarity with AI tools and workflow automation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of outbound sales and lead generation systems
