Diverse Lynx is seeking a highly skilled AWS DevOps & SRE Engineer with expertise in DevOps automation and cloud-native architecture. The candidate will build scalable and secure cloud platforms while ensuring operational excellence using SRE principles and collaborating with various teams for continuous delivery and system reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes
- Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform / CloudFormation
- Build and manage AWS cloud environments including compute, storage, networking, and security services
- Implement SRE practices including SLIs, SLOs, monitoring, alerting, and incident management
- Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance (99.9%+ uptime) of applications and infrastructure
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment workflows
- Implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
- Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS)
- Design and implement release strategies (Blue-Green, Canary deployments)
- Drive incident response, root cause analysis (RCA), and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align DevOps strategies with business requirements
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience in AWS Cloud (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, Lambda, EKS, etc.)
- Expertise in Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
- Strong knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CodePipeline, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Docker & Kubernetes (EKS preferred)
- Experience with automation using scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (CloudWatch, Grafana, ELK, Datadog)
- Experience in incident management & SRE practices
- Strong understanding of cloud security (IAM, KMS, WAF)
- Experience in DevOps automation frameworks and platform engineering
- Exposure to Chaos Engineering & performance testing
- Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments
- Familiarity with container orchestration and microservices architecture
- Healthcare domain experience (Payer/Provider systems, HIPAA compliance) – good to have
