Senior Staff Software Engineer - AI Innovation

SpyCloud is on a mission to make the internet a safer place by disrupting the criminal underground. They are seeking a Senior Staff Software Engineer to drive AI innovation by exploring emerging technologies and prototyping new ideas, ultimately shaping the company's AI strategy and accelerating technology adoption across products and operations.

Responsibilities:

• Drive AI innovation across SpyCloud by identifying, evaluating, and applying emerging technologies in AI, agents, and knowledge systems
• Rapidly prototype new products, workflows, and capabilities to validate technical feasibility and business value
• Architect and build scalable AI systems that combine LLMs, graph technologies, proprietary intelligence, and cloud-native services
• Partner with product, engineering, data science, and executive leadership to transform successful prototypes into production-ready capabilities
• Develop reusable frameworks, tools, and reference architectures that enable teams across SpyCloud to leverage AI effectively
• Evaluate and benchmark emerging models, agent frameworks, and AI tooling, providing technical guidance on adoption and best practices
• Mentor engineers and influence technical strategy through hands-on leadership, clear communication, and cross-functional collaboration
