Sr. Software Engineer

Tapcart is a mobile commerce engine that powers shopping for Shopify's fastest-growing brands. The Sr. Software Engineer will architect and ship core products, design AI agent orchestration layers, and collaborate closely with the CEO and stakeholders to deliver impactful software.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and ship core product that feels durable, fast and clean. Work across multiple stacks to deliver impact
• Design our proactive AI agent orchestration layers used by thousands of high growth brands
• Prototype new interaction patterns for human-agent collaboration
• Raise our bar for engineering craft, help with recruiting, and hold the line on quality
• Dogfood the platform and our apps every day :)

Requirements:

• 5+ years of engineering and product work
• Demonstrated skills across frontend, backend and database layers
• A Github that is more green than black
