Alpha Consulting Corp. is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Project Manager to lead and manage Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing full-cycle Oracle HCM implementations and possess strong stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects from inception to completion
- Coordinate with customer and vendor teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Lead governance forums and manage project scope, changes, and risks
Requirements:
- 15 years of IT experience, including enterprise HR transformation programs
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in multiple Oracle HCM Cloud implementations (end-to-end lifecycle)
- Extensive experience in full-cycle Oracle HCM implementations (Design → Build → Test → Go-live → Hypercare)
- Experience working in a vendor/customer delivery model with ownership of a defined scope
- Strong ability to collaborate with Customer PM for integrated planning and delivery
- Expertise in SOW-based delivery, scope governance, and change management (CR process)
- Ability to act as a single point of contact between vendor and customer teams
- Experience in driving governance forums (SteerCo, status reviews, change boards)
- Strong stakeholder management for customer deliverables within agreed scope
- Proven capability in weekly reporting, milestone tracking, and delivery governance
- Hands-on experience in risk, issue, and dependency management
- Experience in coordinating testing, go-live readiness, and hypercare support
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
- Skills in Oracle Fusion HCM Workforce Deployment
- Experience with Agile DevOps for Senior Management
- Project Management expertise
