Ocho is partnering with an exciting company in agentic AI that is building the future of software testing with AI-powered automation. As a Growth Product Manager, you will own the full user journey for Agentic Studio, focusing on activation, adoption, conversion, and retention while collaborating across various teams to drive user engagement and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full self-serve funnel metrics — activation, adoption, conversion, retention, expansion, and self-service revenue
- Leverage product analytics, customer feedback, and behavioural data to identify growth opportunities and shape the product roadmap
- Partner with Engineering and Design to drive self-serve experiences, run experiments, and optimise time-to-value
- Design and execute growth experiments that move the needle on engagement, conversion, retention, and monetisation
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to sharpen acquisition quality, improve conversion rates, and grow customer lifetime value
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Product Management experience building and optimising self-serve B2B SaaS funnels for AI/ML products
- A proven track record of directly driving revenue growth through data-driven product initiatives and experimentation
- Experience building onboarding experiences, conversion funnels, and lifecycle journeys that optimise time-to-value and customer adoption
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable using product analytics, customer insights, and behavioural data to identify opportunities and measure impact
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales to deliver measurable business outcomes in a fast-paced startup environment
