Responsibilities:
- Respond to member inquiries by phone, email, and video
- Provide friendly, professional customer support
- Explain available processes and next steps clearly
- Schedule and confirm virtual appointments
- Assist members with basic digital forms and information updates
- Maintain accurate and organized client records
- Follow up with members as needed to ensure a positive experience
- Deliver excellent customer service in a remote work environment
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings
