Required Skills

•  5-8 years of QA/Test Engineering experience 

•  Strong hands-on experience in Java + Selenium Automation 

•  Mobile Testing (Functional & Automation) 

•  Manual Testing 

•  Banking/Financial Services domain experience 

•  Agile/Scrum methodology 

•  Rally/Test Management tools 

•  Defect Lifecycle Management 

•  Test Planning & Test Strategy 

•  Test Reporting and Defect Triage

Key Responsibilities

•  Lead QA activities and coordinate with client stakeholders 

•  Create and execute Test Strategy, Test Plans, and Test Reports 

•  Manage offshore QA team and defect triage calls 

•  Develop and maintain UI and Mobile automation frameworks using Java Selenium 

•  Ensure quality delivery within Agile/Scrum environments
