Business Analyst, Business Intelligence

Job Title: Contractor - Contractor - Business Analyst, Business Intelligence Location: Remote Schedule: M-F, 9:00AM-5:00PM CST Contract Length: 6 months

Skills:

Knowledge of business analysis practices, including requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
Experience working with business intelligence data ingestions/data replication and data warehousing environments, including the ability to interpret and analyze data to support business needs.
Working knowledge of SQL and data querying to support analysis and validation of requirements (advanced scripting not required but beneficial). Strong organizational skills with the ability to document requirements, processes, and decisions clearly and consistently.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and facilitate discussions to drive alignment and outcomes. Ability to translate technical concepts and analytical findings into clear, business-friendly language for non-technical audiences.
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field with 2+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis
