Job Description:

Core Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
• Remove blockers: Identify and eliminate obstacles preventing team progress
• Shield the team: Protect from external interruptions and scope changes mid-sprint
• Coach stakeholders: Guide product owners and teams on Agile principles
• Track metrics: Monitor velocity, burndown charts, and team health indicators

Essential Skills:

Technical Understanding

• Software development lifecycle knowledge
• Basic understanding of development tools and practices
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts

Facilitation & Communication

• Conflict resolution and mediation
• Active listening and questioning techniques
• Clear, concise communication across all levels

Agile Expertise

• Deep Scrum framework knowledge (CSM/PSM certification) plus
• Understanding of Kanban, SAFe, or other Agile methodologies
• Continuous improvement mindset

Leadership

• Servant leadership approach
• Emotional intelligence
• Team motivation without authority

Tools Proficiency

• JIRA for issue tracking
• Confluence or similar for documentation
