The Front Desk Concierge serves as the first point of contact for residents, guests, vendors, and visitors in a condominium community. This position provides excellent customer service, maintains building security, and assists with administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

Monitor and control access to the building, ensuring security procedures are followed.

Answer telephone calls, emails, and resident inquiries promptly.

Receive, log, and distribute packages, deliveries, and mail.

Maintain visitor and vendor sign-in records.

Assist residents with requests, concerns, and general information about the property.

Monitor security cameras and report suspicious activity or emergencies.

Coordinate with maintenance staff, property management, and contractors as needed.

Maintain accurate records, logs, and incident reports.

Ensure the lobby and front desk area remain clean, organized, and presentable.

Respond appropriately to emergencies and follow established safety procedures.
