JOB SUMMARY
As a senior member of the Financial Reporting and Analysis COE, the Senior Director will play a key role in overseeing the actual and planning functions for all consolidated profit and loss reporting including analysis and ad hoc requests. The Senior Director will be instrumental in identifying best practices, developing and implementing innovative financial tools supporting reporting and analysis utilizing newer technology and applications. The position will serve as the primary liaison for these functions supporting several groups across the company including Investor Relations, Accounting Policy, Corporate Financial Strategy, Financial Accounting Systems, and Senior Finance Leadership for externally and internally reported results.
BUSINESS CONTEXT/EXPECTED CONTRIBUTIONS
Financial Reporting & External Disclosures
- Direct monthly and quarterly consolidated P&L reporting and analysis for senior leadership, SEC filings, and investor communications
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP and corporate reporting standards
- Partner with Accounting Policy Group (APG) and Investor Relations on externally reported schedules
- Oversee the performance of analytics for actual results against various scenarios to provide relevant summary of business drivers/performance
- Oversee deliverables associated with company-wide scorecard reporting and metrics associated with compensation/bonus measures

Oversee special reporting and analytical projects as assigned, such as financial restatements driven by accounting pronouncement changes or business reorganizations
Forecasting & Financial Planning
- Lead consolidated forecasting and variance analysis to support financial guidance
- Partner with Investor Relations to provide investors with a cohesive financial outlook for the company
- Oversee analytics to assess performance against scenarios and key drivers

Partner with APG and Investor Relations on the preparation of externally reported schedules
Controls, Compliance & Audit
- Maintain robust financial reporting processes and internal controls to ensure integrity of financial statements and forecasts
- Lead SOX compliance, ensuring appropriate documentation and serve as primary liaison for external auditors
- Ensure timely resolution of audit issues and regulatory requirements
Systems, Data & Process Optimization
- Drive enhancements to financial reporting processes, tools, and automation leveraging Oracle systems
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and data quality
- Lead development of innovative reporting and planning capabilities
- Partner closely with system teams to coordinate requirements and metadata. Oversee the development of reports and innovative reporting tools utilized in reporting and analysis
Enterprise Partnership & Influence
- Serve as primary liaison to Finance leadership, Investor Relations, APG, CFSA, and other stakeholders
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships to enable timely, high-quality financial insights
Team Leadership & Strategy
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education & Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
- CPA preferred
Experience
- 12+ years of experience in accounting and financial reporting in a global organization
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis
- Experience with financial systems and process improvement (Oracle preferred)
Knowledge & Skills
- Deep understanding of financial accounting, reporting standards, and internal controls
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights for senior leadership
