The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for ensuring inventory is received, stored, picked and shipped correctly. The ideal candidate is comfortable working on their feet for extended periods of time, focusing on meeting production quotas, and has experience using a warehouse management system. The warehouse associate may operate a pallet jack (manual & electric) or a forklift, therefore a candidate with experience and a valid driver's license is preferred.
Duties & Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Unload and receive floor loaded and palletized products
· Receive and store incoming products verifying type, quantity, and quality
· Using an RF scanner, receive, pick, pack and ship orders verifying accuracy of product and quantity
· Organize and replenish stock as necessary to maintain inventory accuracy
· Adhere to all food compliance, safety regulations and requirements
· Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse
· Ability to count and perform cycle counts of products
· Operate handling equipment according to industrial safety regulations
· Perform general warehouse duties as necessary
Requirements
· Preferred 1-year experience
· WMS experience highly preferred
· Ability to effectively communicate in English
· Attention to detail
· Ability to obtain and maintain forklift training certification
· Ability to work in hot/cold temperatures
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift
· Ability to stand for extended periods of time
· Ability to Stand, walk, push, pull, squat bend and reach in warehouse
· Have reliable means of transportation
