
Park Nicollet is looking to hire a Security Systems and Technology Administrator – to join our – team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.
Position Summary: The Security Systems and Technology Administrator provides the tools to support the Security Systems and Technology of HealthPartners Hospital and/or clinic(s) locations in Minnesota and Wisconsin. This position will also support all related systems and technology in alignment with organization-wide vision and operation, and in a manner that supports the organization’s mission to improve health and well-being in partnership with our members, patients, and community. Maintain a service-based culture among departmental staff and contractors that supports the operations of the organization. Support and maintain systems and technologies that reduce security risks and create a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, and team members.
Work Schedule: FTE 1.0, 40 hours per week, 0830-1700 Monday - Friday.
Minimum Qualifications:
College Degree and/or combination of 3+ years relevant experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
This position requires familiarity and compliance with matters of law, regulations and internal policies affecting the employment relationship, (including but not limited to FMLA, ADA, discrimination, and harassment laws)
Working knowledge or ability to learn laws and regulations related to state and federal criminal codes, O.S.H.A., N.F.P.A., Joint Commission, Uniform building codes
Video surveillance and access control certifications
Advanced training and/or certification in security systems and technology.
Proficiency in the operation of computer word processing programs desired; Microsoft office suite, SharePoint, Adobe, and others as required.
