This role sits within the Agency Solutions function and is dedicated to one of the UK’s leading agency groups, with a focus on building deeper partnerships, improving performance credibility, and driving sustainable growth across that agency’s portfolio.
About the role:TikTok is looking for an Agency Solutions Manager to build a strategic partnership within one major agency group in the UK. You will act as a consultative partner to that agency’s planning, activation and performance teams, helping them improve campaign outcomes, unlock new growth opportunities, and scale client investment on TikTok. This role requires strong digital advertising expertise, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence stakeholders across the agency organisation and internal cross-functional teams. Success in this role will come from going deeper within one holding company, embedding in its planning cycles, and creating long-term impact through focused partnership.
Core responsibilities:
- Partner deeply with one major agency group to drive revenue growth, improve campaign performance, and deepen TikTok adoption across that agency’s client portfolio.
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders across the agency group, including Heads of Performance, Business Directors, investment teams, strategy leads, and activation specialists.
- Identify commercial opportunities within the agency patch and translate them into focused account plans, education programmes, and activation initiatives aligned to that group’s priorities and planning cycle.
- Act as a performance consultant to agencies by advising on media strategy, auction dynamics, creative best practice, measurement approaches, and campaign optimisation.
- Lead strategic conversations grounded in internal and external data, producing clear narratives that support investment decisions and long-term business planning.
- Design and deliver agency education, workshops, and enablement programmes tailored to that agency group, increasing product understanding, improving execution quality, and accelerating adoption of TikTok solutions.
- Support agencies with campaign troubleshooting, issue resolution, and operational escalations, working closely with cross-functional teams to remove friction and improve service levels.
- Collaborate with sales, product, measurement, marketing science, operations, and support teams to structure and execute strategic initiatives that drive business outcomes.
- Capture feedback, agency needs, and product gaps from the partnership, and help shape internal priorities through clear, actionable recommendations.
- Contribute to agency-facing narratives around performance, measurement, and full-funnel effectiveness, helping position TikTok as a core growth partner.
