About this role
Responsibility :
Support the coordination and tracking of digital projects across all phases, including design, requirement gathering, development, testing, and delivery.
Assist in monitoring project progress, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure alignment with approved plans.
Maintain project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, issue trackers, and project artifacts.
Support implementation and adoption of Agile practices and frameworks across project teams.
Assist in tracking project performance metrics and benefits realization against defined objectives.
Prepare dashboards and reports to provide visibility on project status, risks, issues, and key milestones.
Support governance processes by ensuring completeness of required documentation (e.g. business cases, project submissions).
Assist in supporting Pre‑TH TSC and TH TSC by preparing materials, recording minutes of meetings, and tracking follow‑up actions.
Monitor post‑implementation benefits and support reporting on project outcomes versus planned targets.
Coordinate with Business Units, IT teams, and vendors to ensure smooth communication and timely resolution of project issues.
Support budget tracking and ensure project expenditure is aligned with approved allocations and timelines
