Job Role: Compliance / Channel Management / Support
- Manage Compliance and Regulatory reporting to the authorities. Handle internal and external audit and inspections, maintaining high standards of governance and operational transparency.
- Responsible for tracking & interpreting regulatory updates, guidelines and circulars.
- Assess the impact of regulatory changes on existing processes and ensure timely implementation across relevant functions.
- Identifying areas of regulatory risk through risk control mechanism, Risk evaluation and development of robust Third-party delivery system in lieu of the regulatory requirement.
- Work closely with Channels and Segments to integrate insurance process and products in relevant segments and increase penetration of insurance.
- Coordination with Insurance Partners to ensure smooth support across regions
- Business development initiatives to activate new channels and segments.Driving the training plan and training the frontline on product and processes.
- Handle Contest and R&R activities to drive GI penetration.
- Conceptualize and launch product campaigns in alignment with business goals, coordinate with different teams to launch the campaign, conduct post campaign analysis and learnings for future strategy.
Product Development and Process Implementation
- Push the manufacturer to make newer products / improved products as an offering to bank customers.
- Conceptualize and implement new product buying journeys and document the process therein
- Scan the market understand new / innovative products and trends which can be implemented in the bank
- Liaise with other internal departments such as L&C , BSG, IT, IRM , ORM etc.
Job Requirements
- Graduate/ Postgraduate with 12+ years of experience
- Should be able to work across hierarchies and get things done. Experience in Product Management would be of help
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- Should have analytical approach and must be able to comprehend and drive numbers
- Must be able to comprehend and interpret regulatory guidelines and circulars
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Should be result oriented and must be able to work under strict deadlines
