Key Responsibilities Architecture & Design
- Define and design end-to-end IGA architecture using Saviynt (EIC platform).
- Develop scalable, secure solutions for identity lifecycle management, access governance, and compliance.
- Establish best practices, standards, and governance frameworks for IAM implementations.
- Design integrations with enterprise systems (ERP, HRMS, AD, cloud apps, databases).
Implementation & Delivery
- Lead Saviynt implementation projects, upgrades, and migrations.
- Configure and customize:
- Identity lifecycle workflows
- Access requests and approvals
- Certification campaigns
- Roles (RBAC) and entitlements
- Oversee onboarding of applications into Saviynt.
- Ensure optimal usage of Saviynt modules (EIC, AAG, CIEM where applicable).
Integration & Automation
- Design and implement connectors (REST, JDBC, LDAP, API-based integrations).
- Integrate Saviynt with:
- Active Directory / Azure AD
- SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow
- Develop automation scripts (SQL, PowerShell, Java, APIs).
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Provide technical leadership to IAM teams and developers.
- Collaborate with security, audit, and business stakeholders.
- Act as SME for Saviynt in architecture discussions and audits.
- Mentor engineers and conduct design reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Strong experience in Saviynt EIC implementation and architecture.
- Deep understanding of:
- Identity Governance (IGA)
- RBAC / ABAC
- Access request and certification processes
- Expertise in:
- APIs (REST/SOAP)
- SQL & database design
- Java / scripting (PowerShell, Python)
- Experience with provisioning frameworks and connectors.
