
Join our US Payroll team as a LOA Analyst and help ensure that timecards and absences are processed accurately and on time for our workforce. You’ll own end‑to‑end timekeeping, resolve discrepancies with precision, and partner closely with HR and Payroll to streamline operations
Job Summary
As an Analyst within the US Payroll team, you will be responsible to ensure the accurate, timely administration of employee timecards and absences in compliance with company policies. In this role, you will manage end-to-end timekeeping processes, applying deep knowledge of timecard configuration, reconciliation, and controls to audit, resolve discrepancies, and enhance data quality. You will partner closely with HR and Payroll to streamline operations, provide decision support, and drive continuous process improvements.
