Roles & Responsibilities:
- Some experience in a PMO organization, project management capacity is preferred
- Coordination and project management support for key operations projects withing Global Digital HR operations. This may include but is not limited to:
- coordinating and providing admin support for data privacy reviews with Global Risk and Global Technology teams for all applications managed by the Digital HR team
- providing necessary PM support for Talent projects
- providing necessary PM support for other COE projects
- providing necessary PM support for urgent ad-hoc projects
- working with stakeholders to coordinate and collate progress reports across all projects and operations
- Maintaining risk and issues log and backlog across the projects and operations
