Job Description for Posting Sr. Analyst / Specialist - Compliance (Grade – B2/C1)
Financial Crime Compliance is responsible for following the established internal procedures to prevent Organization from any Financial Crime Risks related to KYC, CDD, Sanctions, Adverse news along with identifying PEP’s and State-Owned Entities.
We will count on you to:
To perform KYC risk assessments of Clients domiciled across the globe and identify the risks involved in the relationship.
Have relevant experience in conducting due diligence assessments related to Client, Ultimate Beneficiary and Senior Managements / Directors.
Able to identify and verify legal existence of client and its UBO’s and Directors/Sr. Management from authentic sources. Determine and establish corporate family tree to identify Individual Beneficiary owner.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are related to Sanctions, PEP, Money Laundering, Bribery Corruption, Adverse Media etc.
Must have performed Client Due Diligence on entity relationships.
What you need to have:
Applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Ability to identify the risk factors involved in client relationships and summaries same.
Basic understanding of Financial Crime Compliance related to AML / ABC or Sanctions requirements

What makes you stand out?
2- 5 years of relevant experience in BFSI or Insurance sector in KYC, CDD, Screening process function
Graduate from a recognized University with good academic record.
CAMS /CFCS or any other compliance certification would be an added advantage
