Functional Role (Job Description)
The primary goal of the Financial Analyst is to gather and analyze financial data to facilitate decision making within NTT Data Inc. organization. They will produce financial recommendations and reporting improvements based on the data they have gathered and analyzed driving continuous improvement. This includes reviewing submissions from team members to ensure the data provided meets requirements.
This role requires working in a highly complex, matrix environment and working closely with senior finance colleagues in the business.

MBA, CA or CMA

Key Responsibilities
Global Functions
- Prepare month end reporting for Global Functions (Marketing, IT, P&C, Legal) for UK&I
- Project manages the implementation of any additional globalized functions required
- Proactively plan ahead for meetings and reviews with key stakeholders (ensure meetings are scheduled in advance and deadlines are clearly communicated) for alignment of financial numbers ensuring sufficient buffer with backward-planned timelines for key finance cycles.
Intercompany management
- Manage the intercompany reconciliation for SG&A highlighting any delays to purchase orders, commercial agreements or invoicing
- Complete and submit the Hosted Employee Schedule to NTT Limited each month and maintain the UK&I tracker for review with the CFO.
- Support invoicing to and from UK&I across the SG&A portfolio
Reporting integrity
- Analyse and summarise, month on month, movements on key balance sheet accounts for Data UK SG&A
- Take the initiative to highlight issues or challenges meeting budget/forecast
- Understand and maintain mappings to comply with Group guidance
- Provide solutions to ensure efficient, accurate and relevant reporting and analysis to meet business requirements
- Create and maintain cost centers and internal project codes (open, close, extend) as requested
- Apply strong project management discipline to ensure all finance deliverables are completed accurately and on time, anticipating risks and implementing mitigation actions
Support your stakeholders
- Prepare consolidated UK&I function financials so ensure leadership have a full and accurate view.
- Attend meetings and reviews as required taking note of actions, capture deadlines and owners. Proactively follow maintain the actions tracker
- Respond to UK&I requests from the CFO promptly and intelligently.
- Own the UK&I intra recharging process for IT and Facilities ensuring deadlines are met, forecasts and budgets are interlocked and reconcile the recovery of costs to source
- Support the collation of commentary for the flash calls, MBR/QBR and any other requests for analysis from stakeholders
