- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and deployment of customized software solutions that align with business objectives.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration and functionality of applications across departments.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile Project Management.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based human capital management systems and their configuration.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues within enterprise software environments.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in application customization.

- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
