Ultrassure builds AI-powered software for the global insurance market. They are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to work directly with founders and customers, building core products and AI systems in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Build product using Next.js, TypeScript, Python, Django, and AWS
Work deeply with ChatGPT and Claude APIs
Build with tools, skills, MCP, agents, structured outputs, and evals
Use Codex and other AI coding tools every day
Productize AI for document parsing, policy extraction, data enrichment, and workflow automation
Help scale auth, RBAC, multi-tenancy, queues, caching, AWS infrastructure, CI/CD, and secure data pipelines
Improve testing, monitoring, observability, security, and release quality
Work directly with customers to understand messy workflows and turn them into useful product
