Sales Estimator

SnapX.ai is an innovative freelance recruiting platform that combines AI-driven technology with the expertise of human recruiters. They are seeking a Sales Estimator to expand the customer base, service existing accounts, and develop accurate estimate proposals for industrial projects.

Responsibilities:

• Contact existing and new customers through calls, emails, and outreach
• Prepare mailers, update mailing lists, and design marketing material
• Conduct take‑offs: measure job sites, determine prep methods, and select coatings
• Collaborate with vendors for coating information and pricing
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and job instructions for crews
• Order coatings, lifts, scaffolding, and other materials/equipment
• Follow up with customers after job completion
