Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to support a federal health organization. The role involves designing Salesforce solutions, serving as a liaison between stakeholders, and improving requirements-gathering processes to enhance business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Design Salesforce solutions, develop and refine complex data models, integrate external systems, automate business processes, and build custom functionality to meet business needs
- Serve as the liaison between customers, vendors, and development teams
- Develop and review user stories and future-state process flows to support Salesforce solution design and development
- Analyze and improve requirements-gathering processes to increase efficiency and drive better business outcomes
- Perform fit-gap analysis between Salesforce functionality and customer requirements
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience working with business processes and re-engineering
- 5+ years of experience capturing requirements and writing using the Gherkin method
- 3+ years of experience capturing and writing user stories
- Bachelors' degree required
- Possess Valid Salesforce certification, such as Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant
- Must be willing to obtain a CMS Public Trust clearance
