Service Communications Manager

Scalence L.L.C. is seeking a Service Communications Manager who is an exceptional marketing copywriter passionate about autonomous mobility. The role involves crafting clear messages, supporting external communications, and adapting customer communications as the company expands into new markets.

Responsibilities:

• Produce clear, engaging, and on-brand marketing copy for a variety of customer-facing channels, collateral, and marketing initiatives
• Support and adapt customer communications strategies and localized messaging as the company rapidly expands its robotaxi service into new markets
• Proactively track product and service development across complex cross-functional processes, ensuring the Communications & Marketing team stays ahead of upcoming milestones and feature launches
