Key Responsibilities
MuleSoft Platform Operations
- Lead day-to-day operations and support of MuleSoft integrations and APIs.
- Monitor MuleSoft applications, runtimes, APIs, queues, and integration workflows.
Incident & Problem Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for MuleSoft production support activities.
- Manage Sev1, Sev2, and Sev3 incidents and coordinate resolution efforts.
API & Integration Support
- Support REST, SOAP, batch, and event-driven integrations.
- Monitor API performance, usage metrics, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Manage API gateways, security policies, and access controls.
Platform Administration
- Administer MuleSoft Anypoint Platform components including:
- API Manager
- Runtime Manager
- Exchange
- CloudHub
- Anypoint Monitoring
- Anypoint MQ
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of IT experience with 4+ years of MuleSoft platform support and operations.
- Strong experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform administration.
- Hands-on experience supporting CloudHub and on-premise Mule runtimes.
- Experience with API management, monitoring, and production support.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP services, JSON, XML, and web services.
- Experience with incident management and ITIL processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- MuleSoft Certified Developer or MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect certification.
- Experience supporting utility, energy, or regulated industry environments.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, or similar monitoring tools.
