Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Functional Consultant/Analyst specializing in Oracle Recruiting, Opportunity Marketplace, and Learning modules. This role will partner with business and technology teams to deliver best-in-class Oracle HCM solutions by providing strategic recommendations and implementing new features, enhancements, and content.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of solutions within Oracle Cloud HCM, with deep expertise in Oracle Recruiting, Opportunity Marketplace, and/or Learning modules, ensuring system stability and performance across production and non-production environments.
• Serve as a subject matter expert by applying industry best practices and prior implementation experience to accelerate delivery and maximize business value.
• Support ongoing Oracle Cloud HCM production operations, releases, patches, and continuous platform enhancements.
• Identify, recommend, and implement new Oracle Cloud features and capabilities to improve business outcomes, user experience, and platform adoption.
• Partner with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable, high-impact Oracle HCM solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex Oracle HCM issues and provide expert recommendations for system optimization and continuous improvement.
• Manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs) and communicate status, risks, and resolutions to stakeholders.
• Share functional and technical expertise, best practices, and reusable solutions to enable and mentor team members.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, training materials, knowledge articles, and implementation artifacts to support user adoption and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Deep functional and technical expertise in Oracle Recruiting, Opportunity Marketplace, and/or Learning modules.
• Advanced knowledge of Oracle Cloud SaaS functional and technical architecture, including data flows, notifications, and integrations across enterprise applications.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Experience mentoring team members and providing technical guidance.
• Excellent communication, organizational, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
