Role Summary - (To be filled by Practice /DO)

We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to assess, redesign, and optimize the Okta End-User Dashboard experience for employees and contractors. The consultant will evaluate the current dashboard layout, identify usability improvements, and develop a modern, business-aligned dashboard structure that enhances discoverability, usability, and self-service adoption. The ideal candidate will possess strong UX design expertise, experience designing enterprise portals or SaaS-based user experiences, and the ability to translate stakeholder requirements into intuitive dashboard designs. The role requires close collaboration with IAM Engineers, Okta Administrators, business stakeholders, and IT leadership to deliver an optimized dashboard experience

3+ years of UX/UI Design experience
3+ years of experience designing enterprise portals, SaaS applications, or employee-facing digital platforms
3+ years of proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent design tools
