Job Summary</>
We are seeking an experienced SAP CRM Consultant to design, implement, and support SAP CRM solutions that enhance customer engagement, sales, service, and marketing processes. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in SAP CRM, experience with end-to-end implementation projects, and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver effective CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for SAP CRM implementations and enhancements.
- Configure and customize SAP CRM modules based on business needs.
- Support Sales, Service, Marketing, and Interaction Center business processes.
- Design functional specifications and work closely with technical teams for custom developments.
- Configure organizational management, business partners, products, pricing, and transaction management.
- Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including SAP SD, MM, FI, BW, and middleware teams.
- Support data migration, system integration, and middleware (CRM Middleware/CPI/PI/PO) activities.
- Prepare functional documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Participate in project planning, deployment, and post-go-live support.

- Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager, SAP Fiori, and SAP Gateway is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of CRM business processes and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- SAP CRM certification is preferred.
- Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP CRM implementation.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
