Detailed Job Description: Cooks/Prep Cooks

Maintain a Guest focus AND a positive attitude
Communicates effectively and clearly
Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products served
Able to exert well-paced mobility throughout scheduled shift.
Complies with company policies, procedures, equipment use and food preparation
Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products to assure efficient service
Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation
Handles, stores, labels, dates and rotates all products properly and consistently
Complies with all company guidelines regarding Food Safety and Personal Safety
Completes required tasks within assigned time frames
Assists in line service, maintenance, cleanliness and/or other kitchen duties as assigned
Follow procedures for Opening, Closing and on-going cleanliness.
Able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently
Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
