Australian Trade Training College is seeking a confident, people-focused Course Enrolment Adviser to manage inbound course enquiries, make proactive outbound follow-up calls, provide clear course advice, and support students through the enrolment and induction process. This role is ideal for someone with experience in customer service, education sales, student recruitment, contact centres, or RTO administration who enjoys meaningful conversations, accurate information, and achieving enrolment outcomes.
You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective students, managing inbound enquiries and proactively following up leads to guide them into the right training pathway.
This role blends consultative sales, customer service, and enrolment support — perfect for someone who enjoys building rapport, understanding needs, and closing outcomes.
