Job Responsibilities:
In dieser Rolle übernimmst Du verschiedene Aufgaben im Bereich der Finanzbuchhaltung & Abschlüsse für bestimmte Gesellschaften.
Aufgaben:
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB, idealerweise auch nach US GAAP
- Verantwortung für das Nebenbuch (Debitoren) sowie Ansprechpartner_in für entsprechende Fragestellungen, inkl. Bearbeitung und Abstimmung von Sondersachverhalten
- Durchführung von Kontoabstimmungen sowie Analyse und Erläuterung ausgewählter Konten z. B. Sales Accruals, Rückstellungen, Abgrenzungen
- Verantwortung für Intercompany-Abstimmungen sowie Mitwirkung im Konzernreporting (sofern relevant)
- Durchführung definierter Kontrollhandlungen im Debitorenbereich sowie bei ausgewählten Konten
- Mitwirkung bei der Vorbereitung sowie Betreuung von internen und externen Prüfungen in definierten Bereichen
- Eigenständige Buchung laufender Geschäftsvorfälle im Tagesgeschäft
Deine Qualifikationen:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. als Industriekaufmann/-frau oder Steuerfachangestellte/r
- Idealerweise eine Zusatzqualifikation als geprüfter Bilanzbuchhalter (IHK) oder eine vergleichbare Weiterbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanz- oder Rechnungswesen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Rechnungslegung nach HGB; Kenntnisse in US GAAP sind von Vorteil
- Sehr sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, sowie Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP, Navision)
