Delivery Project Manager

Gainwell Technologies is a company focused on improving health and well-being through technology. The Delivery Project Manager oversees multiple projects, leading teams and managing resources to ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects and/or programs of varying complexity throughout the full project lifecycle
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project and program objectives, including system modifications and enhancements
• Serve as project manager for smaller initiatives within assigned functions
• Collaborate with other project managers to allocate resources across projects
• Act as a team lead by assigning resources, mentoring team members, and serving as an escalation point
• Partner with Business Leads and clients to manage assigned systems, identify demand, and implement improvements
• Escalate personnel and system-related issues to appropriate stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues for assigned functions and projects
• Monitor and manage performance against system-based SLAs
• Support teams in balancing capacity and assignments across projects, defects, and vulnerabilities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Seven or more years of experience in project and/or program management with strong knowledge of project management methodologies
• Proven experience as a team lead or in a management capacity
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects/programs of varying size and complexity while adapting to shifting priorities
• Experience managing projects using Waterfall methodology (required)
• Experience working within a Client/Vendor structure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse stakeholders
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Creative problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to change
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in team environments
• Willingness to work additional hours as needed to meet business objectives
• Experience with Microsoft Project Online (MSPO)
