Gainwell Technologies is a company focused on improving health and well-being through technology. The Delivery Project Manager oversees multiple projects, leading teams and managing resources to ensure successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects and/or programs of varying complexity throughout the full project lifecycle
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project and program objectives, including system modifications and enhancements
- Serve as project manager for smaller initiatives within assigned functions
- Collaborate with other project managers to allocate resources across projects
- Act as a team lead by assigning resources, mentoring team members, and serving as an escalation point
- Partner with Business Leads and clients to manage assigned systems, identify demand, and implement improvements
- Escalate personnel and system-related issues to appropriate stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues for assigned functions and projects
- Monitor and manage performance against system-based SLAs
- Support teams in balancing capacity and assignments across projects, defects, and vulnerabilities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Seven or more years of experience in project and/or program management with strong knowledge of project management methodologies
- Proven experience as a team lead or in a management capacity
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects/programs of varying size and complexity while adapting to shifting priorities
- Experience managing projects using Waterfall methodology (required)
- Experience working within a Client/Vendor structure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse stakeholders
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Creative problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to change
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in team environments
- Willingness to work additional hours as needed to meet business objectives
- Experience with Microsoft Project Online (MSPO)
