AI Trainer – Visual & Graphic Design Expert

Prolific is building the biggest pool of quality human data in the world and is seeking Professional Graphic and Visual Designers to act as Domain Experts for a high-level AI evaluation project. The role involves evaluating design outputs to influence how AI understands design principles.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate two candidate designs (e.g., Google Slides, posters, or advertisements) on the same topic and determine which better meets professional standards
• Judge candidates based on specific design dimensions, including readability, text density, information hierarchy, and overall professionalism
• Review "before and after" style tasks to determine which AI output better satisfied a specific design edit or change request
• Take part in new, narrow tasks aimed at refining how AI handles concise visual communication
