Director of Data Analytics and Reporting

Peraton is a next-generation national security company that drives missions of consequence spanning the globe. They are seeking a Director of Data Analytics and Reporting to lead the strategy, development, and execution of enterprise-wide analytics and reporting capabilities, ensuring data quality and governance while collaborating with business leaders and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for analytics, business intelligence (BI), and enterprise
• Lead, mentor, and develop analytics professionals, data analysts, BI developers, and reporting
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of dashboards, KPI frameworks, automated reports, and analytical models
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and security of data through strong data governance
• Collaborate with executives and business units to understand requirements and deliver insight-driven solutions
• Evaluate and implement analytics technologies, including data visualization tools, ETL/ELT processes, and cloud platforms
• Drive adoption of data-informed decision-making across the organization through training and best practices
• Monitor and communicate performance metrics and analytics-driven outcomes to management
• Manage team budgets, vendor relationships, and resources
