Responsibilities:
- Installation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of fiber optic and optical transport infrastructure in customer data centers and co-location environments
- Executing Methods of Procedure (MoPs)
- Performing optical testing (OTDR, Optical Power Meter, VFL)
- Supporting fiber migrations and break/fix activities
- Ensuring high-quality network operations
- Coordinating with customers, vendors, and field technicians
- Conducting audits
- Ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards in high-availability environments
