HubSpot is an AI-powered customer platform that connects marketing, sales, and service. They are seeking an Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR) to play a key role in their growth by executing outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and partnering with Account Executives to drive pipeline and revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Own and execute outbound prospecting through high-volume outreach (60–100+ activities/day) via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Collaborate with Account Executives to target strategic accounts and refine outreach strategy
- Qualify leads based on fit, need, and urgency — and book quality discovery meetings
- Hit (and exceed) KPIs for activity, meetings delivered, and pipeline impact
