They are seeking a Division HR Manager (Strategic Business Partner) to lead HR strategies that support growth in behavioral healthcare, focusing on talent management and organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Division President and leadership team to align HR strategy with business goals and operational priorities
- Serve as a trusted advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management
- Build leadership capability through talent assessment, succession planning, and development strategies
- Drive employee engagement and foster a culture aligned with our mission, values, and commitment to Lead Care with Light
- Support full-cycle talent processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and retention
- Coach leaders on employee relations matters and manage complex or sensitive issues Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment laws, and regulatory requirements across multiple states
- Lead, influence, and support a network of facility HR leaders across the Division
- Use data, insights, and talent metrics to inform decisions and improve organizational effectiveness
- Champion diversity, inclusion, and a workplace where employees feel supported, valued, and empowered
- Travel approximately 25% to support leaders and facilities across the Division
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5 to 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally in a multi-site or healthcare environment
- Broad expertise across talent management, employee relations, engagement, and compliance
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive business-aligned HR strategies
- Experience working in a matrixed organization with geographically dispersed teams
- Strong business acumen, judgment, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Passion for developing people and contributing to a mission-driven organization
- Master's degree preferred
