Unqork Developer / Unqork Engineer (Low Code / No Code)

3Pillar is an AI transformation partner on a mission to help enterprises build AI-native products. The role focuses on utilizing Unqork's low code/no-code platform to develop scalable digital workflows for clients, emphasizing collaboration and technical leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Build, configure, and extend applications on the Unqork platform, owning feature delivery from technical design to a successful launch. Identify opportunities and design solutions that positively impact customer adoption
• Serve as the primary technical contact for client stakeholders during US business hours. Navigate dynamics with professionalism, managing expectations and executive-level communication with senior client leadership
• Collaborate closely with the Architect to implement designs and architectural decisions, escalating risks or blockers proactively while ensuring solutions align with scalable BFF (Backend-for-Frontend)/proxy architectures
• Coordinate with distributed, offshore development team members across multiple time zones, providing crucial context, guidance, and thorough code/configuration reviews
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning. Contribute to technical artifacts and knowledge transfer materials to ensure long-term project sustainability

Requirements:

• Ability to work during standard US business hours
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
• A minimum of 5-7 years of overall technical experience, requiring a strong hybrid background
• 3+ years of hands-on experience specifically working on Unqork projects
• Unqork Certification is required
• Proven experience with Dynamic Refresh, Data storage in session or browser, User data storage post lazy load, API Integration, SendGrid, DocuSign integration, SFTP integration, and SSO
• Solid understanding of REST API integration patterns, alongside strong Frontend/HTML/CSS knowledge (including Media Queries)
• High level of English proficiency required to interact with a globally-based development team
• Communicate in a clear and understandable manner with clients, and be able to articulate the details of the designed architecture using the appropriate level of technical language
• Natural leader with critical reasoning and good decision making skills
• Have extremely good knowledge on SDLC processes and familiarity with actionable metrics and KPIs
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and utilizing tools like Jira
• Demonstrate mentorship and thought leadership to engineers and decision-makers throughout the organization
• Prior experience or knowledge with other low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Mendix, Appian, OutSystems, Microsoft Power Apps)
• Full-stack React experience (React, TypeScript, component architecture, state management)
• Experience with the UIF Framework
• Familiarity with AI/ML tooling or experience integrating AI-powered features into applications (e.g., LLM APIs, prompt engineering, AI-assisted workflows)
• Experience with Azure services (Container Apps, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines) and Enterprise SSO platforms
• Solutions Architect certification on a major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a strong plus
• Experience in the Insurance or Financial Services domain, particularly an understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance, Managing General Underwriters (MGUs), or catastrophe property insurance
