Role: ServiceNow Architect
Highly skilled professional with atleast 7+ years experience in designing, implementing, and governing complex ServiceNow solutions, requiring a deep understanding of the platform's capabilities and best practices, as well as the ability to lead implementation projects with a focus on strategic architecture and governance
Requirements Gathering:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into detailed functional specifications for ServiceNow solutions, and prioritize features based on business impact.
Technical Expertise:
Possess in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow core functionalities, including ITSM, workflows, scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript), integrations, reporting capabilities.
Technical Mentorship:
Provide technical mentorship and guidance to other ServiceNow developers and administrators, ensuring knowledge transfer and best practices adoption across the team
