Job Title: IT Help Desk Analyst
Work Location: Richardson, TX
Duration: 1 year contract with option to extend

Job Description & Responsibilities :
- Answers and documents all help desk calls related to specific software applications for assigned area.
- Provides end-user support for specific software applications
- Answers and documents all help desk calls related to specific software applications and computer hardware.
- Provides end-user support for specific software applications.
- May assist with some hardware issues.
- Creates and terminates new users in Active Directory related to specific software applications.
- Creates and updates user security access.
- Monitors servers and users to ensure that the systems are operational.
- Informs Information Technology Services of any operational problems.
- Conducts system maintenance on network.
- Reviews software literature for any software updates and upgrades.
Skills & Qualifications :
- Years' Experience Required: 2+
- Education Requirements: HSD
- Systems/Software Proficiencies: Active Directory, Help Desk ticketing systems
- Troubleshooting Windows, Outlook/365, Web browsers, and hardware.
- Strong focus on customer service and communication skills (exceptional).
- Ability to ramp-up and quickly adapt.
- Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding.
- Routine reporting and data integrity.
