We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Lead ServiceNow implementation projects while ensuring governance and best practices.
• Develop and enhance workflows, scripting, integrations, and reporting capabilities.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor ServiceNow developers and administrators.
• Ensure platform performance, scalability, and adherence to architectural standards.

Required Skills:
7+ years of ServiceNow experience
Strong expertise in ServiceNow Architecture and Solution Design
Hands-on experience with ITSM, Workflows, JavaScript, GlideScript, Integrations, and Reporting
Experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management
Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
