Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web applications, mobile apps, and APIs.
- Experience performing automation and manual testing using tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Postman, or similar products as well as interpreting the JSON returned.
- Experience of BDD/TDD
- Demonstrated knowledge of Scrum, Sprint/Sprint Teams, and/or Kanban
- Experience with Azure DevOps/Test Management tools for creating Test Plans, Test Cases, Bugs, and reporting results.
- Testing of APIs, integrations, infrastructure, data and reports
- Collaborate closely with development teams to identify and troubleshoot issues, ensuring product quality and user satisfaction.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client communication to ensure on-time and on-budget project completion.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of testing standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients, providing training and support as needed.
Skills and Abilities
Manual testing of web, mobile applications, APIs, integrations, data and reports
Microsoft Azure experience
Solid understanding of testing APIs using tools like Playwright, Postman, Fiddler, REST Console or similar products as well as interpreting the JSON returned
Experience of BDD/TDD
Experience or demonstrable knowledge of Scrum, Sprint/Sprint Teams, and/or Kanban
Experience with Azure DevOps/Test management tool for creating Test Plans, Test Cases, and documenting results
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Technical Skills: Visual Studio IDE (particularly testing project types), Playwright, JSON, XML a .Net programming language (C#, J#, Visual Basic, F#), Python or PowerShell scripting, SQL Server, Networking concepts (load balancing, IPs, protocols, DNS, etc), Security concepts (hashing, encryption, certificates, SSO, OAUTH2, etc)
